Shipping only available within a 25 mile radius of Charlotte, NC 28202. Shipping is available for above ground swimming pool kits only.  Shipping to residential addresses will be delivered by LTL transportation with lift gate service.  Shipping service will also be by appointment only to ensure buyer's inspection of merchandise.  Tracking information for shipments available by request.  Requests can be sent via email to service@pooldrs.com.  Shipments typically arrive between 5-8 business days.  PoolDrs.com is not responsible for delays in shipping.  It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect their delivery to ensure it is complete and not damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
